our last hope

Dear Mr. Bezos!
I'm not sure that this letter will reach you, and that you can help
us, but this is our last hope, since in Ukraine the government does
not care about the lives of ordinary people !!!
A poor Ukrainian family of pensioners appeals to you.
Both my wife and I (69 years old) are retired or with great
difficulty, saving every penny
our beggarly pension we are trying to survive in this country Ukraine,
where there is no government
and the power is in the hands of koruptsii, whose purpose is only
personal gain and they do not care about the people of Ukraine.
Beggarly pensions of 100-110 dollars and constantly rising prices
for utility costs.
We live in a 1-room apartment on the 8th floor of a 9-storey building,
in which the elevator does not constantly work, and it is impossible
for us to walk to the 8th floor (sore leg joints).
The best option for us is a small part of a private house (50 sq. M.),
But we have no money to buy it, and we cannot exchange our apartment
for the private sector without additional payment, but we don’t know
how to continue living.
If you have the opportunity and desire, help us buy a small part of
the house so that
We had the opportunity to calmly get to our housing and live the
remaining time on the 1st floor of the private sector and not go up to
the 8th floor for half a day when the elevator does not work in the
house. This is not life but some kind of torment
